CANCELLATION & LATE NOTICE POLICY

To ensure that Riverina rehabilitation operates fairly for everyone, we have a 24hr Cancellation and No-Show Policy. This allows our team enough time to adjust their schedule or fill the slot with another booking.

Cancellations Within the 24 Hour Window:
The full appointment fee applies for cancellations made within the 24hr period before the scheduled booking.

​

No-Show Policy:
The full appointment fee applies if a patient doesn’t show up for their appointment without prior notice. Repeated no-shows may face restrictions on future bookings.

Exceptions:
Extenuating circumstances and illnesses will always be taken into consideration.
